Does Jesus Love the State of Israel? Is Replacement Theology Deception?
Some Christians confidently teach that God has permanently replaced Israel with the Church. But what if this doctrine directly contradicts what Jesus Himself taught?
Filmed at the Arbel Nature Reserve overlooking the Sea of Galilee in Israel — believed to be the exact mountain where Jesus gave the Great Commission — this powerful message examines one of the most important and often overlooked questions in the Bible.

The Disciples’ Question About Israel’s Restoration
After His resurrection, the disciples asked Jesus, “Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” (Acts 1:6). Jesus had the perfect opportunity to declare that God was finished with the Jewish people. Instead, He replied:
It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by His own authority
– Acts 1:7
By His answer, Jesus affirmed that the future restoration of Israel remains part of God’s plan, something which was consistent with the prophecies of the Old Testament.
Why Replacement Theology is Dangerous
Replacement Theology teaches that the Church has completely replaced Israel and that God is done with the Jewish people. This documentary reveals why this doctrine is not only unbiblical — but a dangerous deception that contradicts the clear testimony of Scripture.
God’s Everlasting Covenants
But hasn’t God finished with Israel? The Bible makes a clear distinction between two major covenants: The Mosaic Covenant was conditional — based on obedience, with blessings for obedience and curses for disobedience. However, God made a covenant with Abraham that is eternal and unconditional.
Speaking of the covenant through Christ’s blood, Hebrews calls it ‘the blood of the eternal covenant’ (Hebrews 13:20). God’s covenant with Abraham is also everlasting.
I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant
– Genesis 17:7
This promise is repeated throughout Scripture:
He remembers His covenant forever, the covenant which He made with Abraham and confirmed to Jacob as a statute, to Israel as an everlasting covenant, saying, ‘To you I will give the land of Canaan as your portion for an inheritance’
– Psalm 105:8-11
God promised Abraham and his descendants the land of Israel forever. These are not temporary promises. They are unbreakable, eternal covenants rooted in God’s own character.

Faithful for the Sake of His Name
Even when Israel has been unfaithful or has not acknowledged Jesus as Messiah, God remains committed to them. As He declares in Isaiah:
For the sake of Jacob My servant and Israel My chosen, I call you by your name… I will strengthen you, though you have not acknowledged Me
– Isaiah 45:4-5
God keeps His promises to Israel for the sake of His own name — not because of Israel’s perfect obedience, but because His reputation and integrity are at stake. The prophets repeatedly emphasize this truth, “I acted for the sake of My name…” (Ezekiel 20:9), “For My name’s sake I defer My anger…” (Isaiah 48:9).
One New Man — Not Replacement
The Apostle Paul makes it clear that Gentiles are not replacing Israel — they are grafted into God’s covenant. Through the blood of Christ, the dividing wall has been torn down and He has created “one new man” from Jew and Gentile (Ephesians 2:14-16). Believing Gentiles become fellow citizens and members of God’s household, while God’s eternal promises to Abraham’s natural descendants remain intact.
God is a Covenant-Keeping God
God cannot break His everlasting Word without violating His own holy character. Jesus did not cancel the promises made to Israel — He confirmed their future fulfilment. If you’ve ever been taught that God is finished with Israel, this message will challenge that belief with the words of Jesus and the unchanging promises of Scripture.
