A Prayer to Overcome Social Anxiety, Fear and Panic Attacks

God has provided us with potent weapons to defeat the enemy and nullify all evil plans against us. The Christian who reads Scripture will understand that ‘life and death are in the power of the tongue,’ and ‘as a man thinks in his heart, so is he.’ Let’s proclaim our liberty in Christ and enter into His inheritance. Begin by praying this decree by faith and return to it, and others, until you sense victory is yours.

Declaration

My Saviour Jesus Christ, I thank You I have not been given a spirit of fear, but of love, power and a sound mind.

I rebuke all forms of fear in Jesus’ name and declare I will not submit to and be ruled by you. All fear, doubt and negative thoughts must leave me and submit to the authority of Jesus.

I confess I have the mind of Christ, God is love and perfect love casts out all fear. I renounce all social anxiety, panic attacks and oppression in Jesus’ name. I refuse to be ruled by these evil spirits in the precious name of my Mighty Conqueror, Jesus.

Fear, social anxiety and panic attacks will not master me in Jesus’ name and I proclaim I am not a slave to them, but a servant of God. Evil will not rule over me, I will rule over it.

I choose to trust in You Lord Jesus, walk in the confidence the Holy Spirit provides and feed on Your faithfulness. I thank You God I am whole in Christ and more than a conqueror.

Lord, I declare You are able to make all grace abound towards me, so I continually enjoy sufficiency in all things and possess an abundance to overcome all anxiety and panic attacks, Amen.
